Kid’s Korner: Thanksgiving Crafts

Thanksgiving Crafts:

Indian headband: Have children trace their hand five times on different colored construction paper.  Staple onto headband strip of paper, overlapping “feathers”.  They can use this Indian headband in a Thanksgiving play.

Turkey Hand: Have children trace hand on colored construction paper.  Cut it out.  Color the hand in where the thumb is the head of the turkey and the hand is the body.

Napkin Holders:Click on the link- Thanksgiving Napkin Holders and print out.

Napkin Holder Indian: Cut plain cardstock paper into a width of 1.5″.  Glue different color buttons on cardstock paper.  Glue ends together.  Add Napkin.

Napkin Holder Pilgrim: Cut plain black cardstock paper into a width of 1.5″.  Cut a square, with the center cut out, from yellow cardstock that is a bit wider than the black cardstock and paste it to the black cardstock.  Glue Ends together.  Add Napkin.
