What is collage for the soul? It’s a guided process of creating a collage of your inner world. It’s a wonderfully intuitive process where you can ask a question or just let your inner mind bubble up whatever it needs. You’ll be learning about your relationship with yourself. No artistic experience is required! The only requirement is you and a willingness to explore!
It’s a fun process with profound results! Using your intuition and creative soul, you’ll meet aspects of yourself that are just waiting to be noticed!

Working with pictures from magazines, we will create 5×8” cards. You will be surprised at what you’ll learn about yourself! You may see someone who needs adventure and is drawn to pictures of hiking trails. Or you may be drawn pictures of travelling or of strong women. Or you may draw out your shadow self – something that you are grieving or holding onto.
Created in a safe space, you will explore, allow and go deeper into insights waiting to be brought to the surface! Each card is unique. Once you begin, you’ll want to know more about your relationship with yourself. It’s a journey of self- love, self- acceptance and self-discovery.
